DIGITAL MAP GENERATING SYSTEM

GEOGRAPHICAL DATA SUPPLY

During an aircraft mission, many systems are dependent on geographical data over the mission area. This applies to aircraft internal functions, such as navigation and moving maps, as well as support systems and training simulators.

These systems are all dependent on accurate and correlated geographical data that are generated reliably, cost-effectively and quickly. This is what Saab's DMGS – Digital Map Generating System – provides.
